Installation
============
To get a local copy of this project type:
`git clone https://github.com/OpenSourceBrain/MorrisLecarModel.git`
`cd MorrisLecarModel/NeuroML2`
Test the project
================
Install NeuroML 2/libNeuroML, see [here](http://www.neuroml.org/neuroml2.php#libNeuroML). Remember to set the **NML2\_HOME** environment variable.
Run the example cell with:
`nml2 Run_MorrisLecar.xml`
You should get the trace below (\*note: this is not fully correct, MorrisLecarCompType.nml should be updated with the correct equations for the ML model: below:
