Installing and running the model¶
Install PyNN, along with your chosen supported simulator(s).
Install Git and type:
git clone https://github.com/OpenSourceBrain/Brunel2000.git
cd Brunel2000/PyNN
Depending on your simulator type:
python brunel.py nest
or
python brunel.py neuron
or
python brunel.py brian
