- there is an issue with the NeuroML2 version of the model:
a) the depth of the capool (.mod, .nml) is changed (from hoc level) when placed to the segments, according to the diam of the segment see hoc code here.
b) in the NeuroML2 version the capool works with averaged diams (for soma, basal dendrites and apical dendrites)
