This project provides scripts to interact with the metadata from the Computational Neuroscience Ontology in Open Source Brain.

Listing CNO info in OSB projects¶

To list all the information related to CNO in OSB projects, get a local copy of this repository:

git clone https://github.com/OpenSourceBrain/CNOShowcase.git

and then run the CheckCNOIds.py script:

 python CheckCNOIds.py
