Introduction¶

This is a Technology Showcase project highlighting the types of neuronal morphologies available from NeuroMorpho.org, and ow they can be converted to NeuroML and used in simulations.

Note: converting NeuroMorpho.org morphologies to NeuroML is facilitated by the 3D Neuron viewer. This can be launched from the individual neuron pages on NeuroMorpho or run standalone using the code here.

Getting started¶

This project is still in development, but one of the morphologies in this repository can be viewed here.
