Installation¶

Details on getting a local copy of the project and running the NeuroML/LEMS version.

Clone the project¶

To get a local copy of this project, install Git and type:

git clone https://github.com/OpenSourceBrain/PinskyRinzelModel.git

Run using jNeuroML¶

Get a copy of jNeuroML and use the jnml utility to run the LEMS model:

svn checkout svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/neuroml/code/jNeuroMLJar
git clone git://github.com/NeuroML/NeuroML2.git
cd jNeuroMLJar
./jnml ../PinskyRinzelModel/NeuroML2/Run_PinskyRinzel.xml
