Details on getting a local copy of the project and running the NEURON & neuroConstruct/NeuroML versions.

Clone the project¶

To get a local copy of this project, install Git and type:

git clone https://github.com/OpenSourceBrain/VervaekeEtAl-GolgiCellNetwork
cd VervaekeEtAl-GolgiCellNetwork

neuroConstruct project¶

This project can be executed in NEURON by generating code using neuroConstruct.
